digital Photographic image
of the named child applicant
for non commercial purposes.
Parents are entitled to keep
the image which will reflect
the child mood/look on the
day. Juliet
Adams Model & Talent
Castings Agency has sole
discretion in which photo it
issues or uses for FREE
marketing Website
Representation. No
refunds or substitution of
photos is permitted,
except by Juliet Adams Model
& Talent Castings Agency
discretion. We reserve the
right to substitute any
photo for one of
comparable value for any
reason. Photographic images
are copyright protected, you
must contact the Agency if
you wish to you use the
image commercially. Juliet
Adams maintains the copy
rights to the images it
takes at photosittings. Photographic images issued
by Juliet Adams from Mini
Photo Sittings may not
be commercially published,
broadcast, rewritten, or
redistributed in any form
except as may be expressly
permitted in writing by
Juliet Adams Modelling &
Talent Agency. Photo
sitting images are
dispatched by email and/or at
the sole discretion of the
agency in other formats and/or displayed
online. Enlargements and other prints are
available to be purchased if required
Certain restrictions/acts
of god/technical
difficulties may well
effect the outcome of A Mini
Photo Service. Applicants
will be offered alternative
solutions, including
alternative booking dates. In
all situations, events and
outcome, applicants agrees
to release and hold harmless
Juliet Adams Model &
Talent Castings Agency their
respective parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates,
divisions, advertising and
promotional agencies, and
each of their respective
directors, officers,
employees and agents and all
others associated with the
development and execution of
this Contract (collectively,
"Releases") from
and against any and all
claims, actions, and
liability for any injury,
losses, damages, disputes
and/or disability resulting
from participation in this
mini photo service. including,
without limitation, any
travel related thereto, and
attendance at a mini photo
service event. All
interpretations of these
terms and conditions shall
be at the sole discretion of
Juliet Adams Agency
